Chocolate Almond Balls
Add some panache to your holiday festivities with these little beauties! They are quick, easy, and delicious! They are just the right size to serve in mini paper or foil cups to add just a little more excitement to your table. **Note: If you prefer to have the almond flavoring a little less, decrease the amount of almond extract, taste and add more if desired.

Instructions
  1. Crush chocolate graham crackers using a food processor. If one is not available put them in a large zip-lock bag and crush using a rolling pin.
  2. In a large bowl combine graham crackers crumbs, powdered sugar, almonds, butter, almond flavoring and water until well mixed.
  3. Shape into one inch balls; dip or roll the top half in the sugar sprinkles.
  4. Place on a cookie sheet that is lined with wax or parchment paper. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Store refrigerated, in a covered container.
  5. These are just the right size to put in a small decorative liner similar to those used to make homemade peanut butter cups or chocolates. They can be found on the candy making or baking aisle in most craft stores.
