Grilled Chicken Torta
Delicious torta bun topped with seasoned grilled chicken, tomatoes, red onion, avocado, and spinach. Add mayo and bbq sauce if desired.

  1. Put about a table spoon of coconut oil in large frying pan and turn the on the oven to medium heat.
  2. Cut the 2 chicken breasts lengthwise so you have 4 thin cut pieces of chicken. Add to the oil.
  3. Sprinkle a bit of seasoning on both sides of the chicken. Allow chicken to cook about 5 -7 minutes and flip, cook the chicken to cook another 5 -7 minutes on the other side.
  4. While the chicken is cooking, cut and prepare the tomatoes, avocado, red onion, and spinach.
  5. Once the chicken looks cooked evenly on each side, crank up the heat to high and watch it closely, cooking each side 2-3 more minutes. This will brown it and get a bit crisp. Remove from heat.
  6. Cut torta buns in half lengthwise and spread mayo on each side. Add the chicken and all the fixings and top with the other side of bun. Enjoy!
