tuna in water

cup
mayonaise

roma tomato
diced
1/2
red pepper
diced

frosen corn
thawed

frozen peas
thawed

cucumber

rinsed

Instructions
Prep the Cilantro Rice as directed. As it is boiling, drain the tuna and mix with mayo. Dice any veggies you like. Top the rice with tuna and veggies and mix. Enjoy!
