  1. Preheat oven to 400*. Rinse your broccoli and strain. In a bowl drizzle the oil over the broccoli and mix with spoon. Sprinkle the minced garlic, nutrional yeast and salt, between each ingredient mix so the broccoli is evenly covered in the ingredients.
  2. Place a piece of parchment paper over a cookie sheet. Spray Pam over piece of parchment paper and place broccoli florets over the top making sure there are no pieces over lapping.
  3. Bake at 400* for 12-15 minutes or until the edges begin to brown.
