Hello! Kirsten here! Fall is one of my most favorite times of the year and I am thrilled that it is finally here. I love all the Fall colors, the cooler weather, the pumpkins, fall mums, corn mazes, pumpkin flavored everything, wearing sweatshirts and sweaters, the sound of leaves crunching under my feet, wearing cute fuzzy socks, cuddling up with a blanket to read a book… I seriously think I could go on for days with all the things I love about the Fall.
We have a tradition at our house that has been going on for many years – my oldest sister Elisa started it and it just stuck. Whenever we leave from a gathering, or a family member leaves, we all stand outside on the porch and wave until we can no longer see them anymore. Those traveling in the car also wave until they turn the corner and can no longer see those on the porch. Hands out the windows, or standing on the porch regardless of the weather waving at each other. This tradition is something so little but it is one thing my kids just love. My in-laws have gotten used to it as well, they know my kids expect them to stand on the porch and wave. We roll down the windows and they yell out “Te quiro mucho!” ( I love you!). The kids even started yelling it to my Mom as well, she understands that with her high school Spanish 🙂
My Mom came over to have dinner with us tonight and as she was leaving we were all standing on the porch waving goodbye. It was the first time I smelled Fall. You know that smell. A bit of a chill, a little smoke (neighbors had a fire burning), musky old leaves. It made me so excited I wanted to run in the house and make some hot chocolate and a yummy baked treat to celebrate. But who wants to bake at 10:00 at night? Not me. Enter the Rhodes Microwave Cinnamon Roll.

So wait, you can just take out the amount you want, and microwave these? Where can you find them? Frozen food section, or by all the butter and pillsbury products?
Yes, they are in the freezer section with all the other Rhodes products. They have individual icing packets so you can enjoy one, or make several for friends and family!
