A few months back my sister invited us to her daughter’s birthday party and I was introduced to Dannon® Light & Fit® Yogurt. She had put it in some fun little goblets with raspberries on top as part of brunch. When I took the first bite I think I said something like “This does not taste like yogurt, this is more like dessert!”, and so we began eating it almost every day for breakfast. I love this yogurt so much because at just 80 calories, anyone can indulge and not break their diet! When I heard my aunt and uncle were coming into town to visit, I thought it would be lots of fun to have our own mini pie bar, each mini pie customized to your own liking. It was fun for the whole extended family to come together, visit, and eat some delicious mini pies.
We went to our local Walmart and we were able to pick up everything we needed for our mini pie bar. The Dannon® Light & Fit® Yogurt can be found in the dairy section and there are tons of delicious flavors to choose from! The Keebler® Ready Crust® Mini Graham Cracker Pie Crust can be found on the sugar and spices aisle, right by the canned pie filling. You will find a large variety of fresh fruit in the produce section. We picked up raspberries and strawberries, two favorites at our house. Every pie needs some whip cream, so to top off your mini pies you can find the Reddi-wip® right by the milk.
We chose lots of different toppings one could add to their mini pies – from coconut and nuts to fruit and syrups.
The wonderful thing about this mini pie bar is that it is just so incredibly easy! The thing that took me the longest was washing and slicing the fruit, things were all ready to go in no time!
Just gather some of your favorite ingredients….
Put them in some small bowls, and let everyone start creating!
The first combination we tested out was a white chocolate strawberry cheesecake. We used Dannon® Light & Fit® Strawberry Cheesecake Greek Yogurt to start with, added the strawberries, shaved white chocolate, graham cracker crumbs, some Reddi-wip® and a strawberry on top. This one was the favorite of the night for my husband and I. So very delicious!
The next creation we did was a banana split mini pie. We started off with the Dannon® Light & Fit® Vanilla Greek Yogurt, banana slices, mini chocolate chips, chocolate and caramel sauces, the Reddi-wip®, sprinkled some chopped walnuts and a cherry on top!
The last favorite of my kids was a vanilla raspberry pie. We used the Dannon® Light & Fit® Vanilla Greek Yogurt, formed a star with the raspberries, sprinkled graham cracker crumbs, and Reddi-wip® on top. So yummy!
It was fun for us adults to see what kinds of combinations the kids made. You could tell what some of their favorite things were, and they felt like they were little gourmet chefs decorating their own mini pies. More than once I heard “This is so fun!”.
This mini pie bar was a hit, I know it’s something we will be doing again in the future. It was well. . . . . easy as pie!
Go ahead and have a mini pie bar with your own little family, you are sure to get smiles all around. For more fun mini pie combination ideas you can visit HERE. Be sure to come back and tell me what your family’s favorite combination was!

My favourite is the white chocolate cheesecake version but they all look delicious. Imagine these at a party they would all be gone?
The white chocolate cheesecake was my husbands and my favorite! I actually felt so bad because the pie crusts ran out before everything else, but no one complained, they just made their own yogurt parfaits! You would never think it was a healthier treat!
