Here is a fun candy box Melissa created with many of the symbols of Easter on it . It can be used to put in a basket or shared with those you visit teach or just a friend.
This is what she says each item on the box represents:
-
The cross symbolizes Christ’s sacrifice
-
The scallops represent fish scales/ and we must become fishers of men
-
The three stripes represent the godhead
-
The laurel leaves represent royalty
-
The palm leaves represent Christ’s victory over death

This one is my favorite! A printable in 5×7 or 8×10 John 3:16 to frame and use in your Easter Decor. Can you believe she hand wrote this?! AMAZING TALENT! So beautiful.

This is so fun! I donMt think my kids would get it yet, but as of now we aren’t doing Easter baskets haha. Easter has snuck up so fast this year and we are going out of town until Saturday night!
Chelsea, I would totally forgo the baskets too, if I could get away with it. My 4 year old reminds me every day that, “it’s Easter time and Sunday the bunny comes”. Yes, having Easter in March, makes it hard:) Have fun on your trip!!
I love love LOVE this idea. I’ve been trying to teach my little girl what Easter is REALLY about (JESUS) and the eggs and bunny are a fun side thought.
Kaylynn, thanks for stopping by. I am glad you like it. Melissa Esplin is wonderful for sharing it with us. I hope it makes your Easter extra special.
I don’t have kids yet… But this is a great idea! I love how it’s something that brings Christ into the Easter baskets.
